What We Do

The Power Partner Model is a collaborative ecosystem established by Workforce Solutions Borderplex (WSB) to align services toward advancing economic independence. Power Partner locations are shared services with community-based organizations such as the food bank, social services organization, housing authorities, re-entry partners, etc. To enhance service delivery, center staff may be co-located at Power Partners sites, allowing for greater accessibility and streamlined client support. The prime contractor is responsible for identifying and recruiting staff who align with this Power Partner model, ensuring a cohesive approach to service delivery.
